Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Our apartment is located in the quiet village of St. Magdalena and offers magnificent views of the Geisslerspitzen, which are a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The small apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building and is simply and lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to linger. The apartment has a garage. The Villnössertal is very well served by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

In winter, starting from the house with skis on your feet, you arrive directly on the Sasslong B ski slope of Ciampinoi connected with the Sella Ronda area. A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
