We spent the last Easter holiday staying in this house and it was a wonderful experience! I was with my family and we had super fun days. We were very welcome and attended to during the entire stay. Whenever I needed something, Rodrigo was available to help us, as was the homemaker, who was also very attentive. I recommend and we definitely intend to come back more often!

The most beautiful view of all Airbnb I've ever stayed in is so beautiful that it looks like a mirage. Pool is also a delight and the home is very cozy. We and our four-legged children love the stay.

My family and I relaxed and enjoyed these days at the house. The view is extremely beautiful! The entrance to the condominium was quiet, I got from the entrance to the house easily. The house was clean, the bed was very comfortable and it is very close to the pier, which was good because my husband and son took advantage and rented a Jet Ski. I didn't miss any items in the kitchen, it had everything I needed. I will definitely be back with my brothers and nephews as well. And when I sent a message, I was promptly answered.

I loved the experience is worth every penny, you can go with your eyes closed , I felt like home , good location , new furniture, extremely clean place, very quiet place, I spent a week and the experience was amazing! I will return more often !

The stay was very grata. I felt right at home and everything is very close. In special I will always remind Mr. de la Portería who very kind commented that he understood Spanish because he lived in Spain, he made me remember a loved one. After that, everything was more than perfect!

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Loved the neighborhood , quiet, peaceful, very walkable and good places close by.

It was a great experience to stay at Marcos' apartment. I stayed for 4 weeks, and it was well-equipped for a long-term stay. Marcos is a very attentive host and took care of all my needs. One thing that was hard for me was the noise from the highway and railway, as the windows face that side directly. But the apartment has soundproofing, so it reduces noise a lot. So it's ok for those who are not sensitive to sounds or have a short stay. The area is safe and convenient, close to Patriarca's metro station and supermarkets. Also, the condominium has its market on Thursdays.

Itamar is super kind and answered our questions quickly. The apartment was super clean and perfectly accommodated me and my husband, both doing home office. In addition, it is close to markets, pharmacies, squares, varied restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. Super recommend!

The stay was perfect, although I booked late, I was very well attended by Márcia, who helped me and the check-in was very smooth. Very cozy, comfortable apartment. The bed was very comfy and the bedding smelling and soft, very good pillow (it makes a total difference). Beautiful bathroom and wonderful shower. Kitchen with all the necessary items, I didn't miss anything. Well located, close to the bus station and airport. On the corner there is a large market, within walking distance. I thought it was excellent and I hope to come back more often.

The family stay was great! All as announced. Calm and easy to access neighborhood. The gentleness, clarity and availability of Jô were very positive points! We'll be back more often for sure!
