Composed of: 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 mezzanine with a double bed 1 large kitchen with appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine) 1 living room 1 toilet 2 large terraces: one with sea view, the other has a barbecue 1 garage space It is located 1000 meters from the little train to Pedras d'el Rei beach and 200 meters from the boat to Terra Estreita beach (5 minutes by boat). The Little House!

Casinha (1937) has been renovated and has all the infrastructure of a new house, while maintaining its original characteristics, which makes it charming and welcoming. House located in the heart of Santa Luiza, just a few steps from the pier where the boats that take you to Terra Estreita beach are located. It is close to local houses, so those who stay in it have the opportunity to live with the residents and the culture of the peaceful place. Air-conditioned, it is ideal for every season of the year.

This apartment is very well situated 3 min walk from the center in private condominium with swimming pool, beautiful balcony with barbecue and great sun exposure. Excellent living room and fully equipped kitchen. The beaches are right there and activities in Ria Formosa can be a very interesting option.
