Villa The ONE is located on a 10-hectare estate in the Serra de Melides and Grândola, an area of pure nature with plenty of privacy. It has a swimming pool and 2 terraces, one 60 m2 and the other 35 m2 with a view of the pool. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 suites on the top floor (suites have only outside entrance). All rooms and suites have wc and there is an outdoor toilet. The suites can accommodate up to 4 guests.
