Sie mieten zwei kleine Landhäuser für maximal 6 Personen . Die Landhäuser liegen in einem großen gepflegten Anwesen von 10000 qm zwischen einem Olivenhain und wilde Ecken am Grundstücksende zum Indianerspielen. Die Landhäuser liegen ruhig und etwas versteckt am Fluss Rio Chia und sind nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt zum nächsten Strand. Ein großer Pool von 15m Länge und 1m bis 1,80m Tiefe befindet sich hinter dem Rasen. Zwei Sandstrände sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Di fronte un comodissmo parco giochi visibile anche dalla proprietà, in cui i bambini possono giocare in sicurezza. Nella casa troverete tutte le attrezzature nuove, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, compreso un condizionatore dual split Airwell. Tutti gli impianti sono stati realizzati in base alla normativa vigente.
