The house is on the first floor of a very nice semi-detached house, has a garden with green lawn, 2 private deck chairs, barbecue and pergola, shaded indoor parking and outdoor shower. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, a master bathroom and three bedrooms, one with a small bathroom. The rooms are two double bedrooms and one with two single beds that can become a single double bed if necessary.

The apartment offers a large veranda with a splendid view of the sparkling sea of Sardinia, framed by palm trees and the island of San Macario with the ancient Spanish Tower, in the distance the tourist port of Perd'è Sali. It is also the ideal base for exploring all of South Sardinia and its magnificent beaches and landscapes.
