Monthly Rentals in Santa Maria

Very central accommodation in Santa Maria, everything can be reached on foot from there in the village, very nice beach and pool directly from the complex. Good introductory documentation in the room, generally good amenities also in the kitchen. Nina looked after us very well and courteously. She was there for us with help and advice, which we greatly appreciated. As a host, she did everything right 10 out of 10 and even beyond.

Anny was very friendly and accommodating, the terrace brilliant, large, overlooking the sea. The work surface in the room is very narrow, only suitable for working to a limited extent, but we (exceptionally?) were allowed to use the kitchen with large table and washing machine. Overall very inexpensive.

Apartment was centrally located for all amenities. Very short walk to a beautiful beach. Sunloungers only 4€. I had a 4 week stay and the choice of Restaurants/cafes/bars was limitless. The food was fantastic. The climate was amazing. Only had one day of rain in the 4 weeks. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We didn’t see a better positioned apartment in Santa Maria! This one is perfect! The balcony over looks the sea, with shops, restaurants and bars very close by. The grounds of the complex were immaculate also. Nina was a lovely host, always available to help if needed - nothing was too much trouble for her.
