The master bedroom of 20 m2. it is very welcoming and has a small sofa that can accommodate small children near the double bed. But we also have a real crib. The second bedroom has a French bed. The bathroom, with shower and bathtub, offers sponges for guests and dispensers with liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel. Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.
