Duplex (bungalow). New, cozy house located in one of the most beautiful places of Costa Blanca - Gran Alacant. A 5 minutes walking (250 m) from the beach Carabassi (assigned to the blue flag). Opposite the urbanization there is a natural park, where you can enjoy walking or cycling. In walking distance there are bars and restaurants. By public transport you can reach Alicante (15min), Santa Pola (10min), commercial center (3min). It's comfortable to spend holidays without renting a car.

Three-story bungalow plus garage. New urbanization very quiet. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, fully equipped for six people. Bed linen, towels, crockery, etc. All appliances, air conditioning in all bedrooms, 2 parking spaces in the private basement, and a communal swimming pool right in front of the terrace. 100 metres from the beach and 75 metres from the shopping centre, cafés, cinemas and Mercadona. In the town centre, a five-minute walk from the centre and the harbour.

A cozy house to spend a vacation or a few relaxing days. Equipped with air conditioning (the living room and the 3 bedrooms), Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and a BBQ. Located in the Altomar 1 development, a quiet area with a beautiful community pool and green areas to relax. On the terrace (porch) the sun greets you in the morning. From the large solarium you can enjoy beautiful ocean views. Down the hill is the beautiful Carabasí beach, 1.5 km away

Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
