A cozy house to spend a vacation or a few relaxing days. Equipped with air conditioning (the living room and the 3 bedrooms), Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and a BBQ. Located in the Altomar 1 development, a quiet area with a beautiful community pool and green areas to relax. On the terrace (porch) the sun greets you in the morning. From the large solarium you can enjoy beautiful ocean views. Down the hill is the beautiful Carabasí beach, 1.5 km away

This large 375 m2 house includes 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite, as well as a green garden and a private pool. Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.

A bright and inviting living space is presented, featuring a comfortable sofa and a wooden dining table with multiple chairs. Light hardwood flooring enhances the airy feel, while wall decorations and plants add a touch of warmth. Natural light flows through windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Our charming house was built in 1920 and renovated in 2023. It is located in the picturesque seaside neighborhood of Cabañal, just 5 minutes from the beach. In addition, it has very close public transport, offering excellent connections to the sights of Valencia.
