Can you imagine toasting on the terrace looking at the castle with the sunset? A one-bedroom house with a wonderful terrace in the most picturesque part of Alicante's old town. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Explanada. The rooftop terrace has breathtaking views of the castle, sea, and city. It's a great place to sit and sunbathe with a glass of wine, have breakfast or a nice dinner with the illuminated castle right next door. Can you imagine?

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation with its porch and barbecue is independent and private. It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
