The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . In 2021 was built a new and panoramic swimming pool that completes the villa and will make your vacation unforgettable. villa is for 5 guests.

The Gabbiano accommodation is part of a house divided into three small adjoining apartments, each with its own independent entrance and private garden. The garden leads directly to the beach. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen where you can eat, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A means of transportation (car or scooter) is essential as the area is not served by public transportation.

Seaside house just 4 km from the centre of Cefalù and 1 km from Sant’Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced houses located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt in the area, characterised by pebbles and shingle. The seabed is almost entirely covered in very fine sand (but this may change depending on storm surges). In short, a real home by the sea!!!

Sant'Ambrogio stands high above the sea and enjoys a very long pebble beach where there is a lido equipped with a bar and restaurant for every need. Tourist tax of €2 per person per day for the first 5 days, payable in cash upon arrival.

The house is a few kilometers from Cefalù, near the small village of S. Ambrogio. Immersed in nature, among olive trees, close to the Madonie Park, the view of the fortress of Cefalù and the islands of the Aeolian archipelago, it will enchant you at every hour of the day by changing colors, passing from the light blue of the morning to the red fire of the sunset star of the night.
