The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . L’alloggio Gabbiano è parte di una casa divisa in tre piccoli appartamenti confinanti, ciascuno col proprio ingresso indipendente e giardino privato. Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.

Casa sul mare a soli 4 km dal centro di Cefalù ed 1 km da Sant’ Ambrogio. La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!!

Appartamento situato al centro di un piccolo borgo a soli 6 km da Cefalù, ottimo per chi cerca relax lontano dalle mete turistiche più affollate. Sant'Ambrogio si erge a picco sul mare e gode di una lunghissima spiaggia in ciotoli dove è presente un lido attrezzato con bar e ristorante per ogni necessità. Tassa di soggiorno 2 euro al giorno per i primi 5 giorni a persona da pagare in contanti all'arrivo.

La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.
