I had booked this house for a stay with friends and it was perfect! The location a little out of the city but close to beaches and coastal walks suited us perfectly. We traveled by car and stayed for 2 nights at Raquel’s little house. The studio is extremely charming, extremely clean, bed is very comfortable. The host greeted us (she lives on the premises in from of the studio) and left nice attentions for us (coffee, muffins, eggs) which was very nice and we enjoyed. Place is quiet, peaceful, close to small little villages and restaurants you can try in the region. Don’t hesitate to book this place, we were 100% pleased and recommend it !!!

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. We stayed two nights in the studio and everything was perfect. It is very cozy and quiet place, you can breathe peace. The mattress is very comfortable and sleeps very well. As for the environment, it is very close to beautiful places to visit, such as Costa Brobrada, Santillana del Mar, Santander, San Vicente de la Boquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu is very attentive and friendly!!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
