Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

Poetto… The house between sea and lagoon…

The house is the ground floor of a terraced house, a few steps from the sea. Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history and art of the native people. On the pedestrian promenade you can walk enjoying the view of the Sella del Diavolo or do sports. The numerous clubs on the beach offer good music, dancing and local culinary specialties. Fra la Sella del Diavolo e il Golfo degli Angeli a 800 metri dal Porticciolo Turistico di Marina Piccola e dalla splendida spiaggia del Poetto dove si trovano stabilimenti balneari, spiaggia libera, locali tipici sul mare, piste ciclabili e pedonali. La casa si trova a 500 metri dallo stagno di Molentargius dove nidificano i fenicotteri rosa e tantissime altre specie di avifauna.
