The Teresa room has a private entrance and a private bathroom. It is bright, spacious and finely furnished. It has two windows from which you can enjoy the splendid view of Rome's history. It is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer and towels, kettle, mini bar, hot and cold air conditioners.
Guests, once they reach the third floor by climbing the typical and narrow Roman stairs of the historic building, will be able to enjoy all their privacy having the room with a separate entrance.
Upon your arrival, after registering your documents and paying the accommodation tax of €3.50 per person per day in cash, you will be provided with the keys to the room and the door of the building, which you will have to return at check-out. Any damage and loss will be subject to a penalty.
Check-in is possible after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 7:00 p.m. An additional fee will be charged after 7:00 p.m.
At check-out, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. Special conditions must be agreed upon during the booking process.
When the host arrives, it is necessary to proceed with the registration of documents (identity card, passport or driving license) and I will give you the keys to the room, the apartment and the door of the building. All keys are kept by the guest. Any damage and loss will be subject to a fine (€70).

The Teresa room is in the heart of Rome between history, art, shopping and anything else the eternal city can offer. Everything is very close even on foot and the neighborhood is full of shops, clubs, restaurants and typical trattorias, bars, theaters and markets.
Very well connected to Termini Station, by bus and metro, it is close to the main tourist attractions, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso, Fori Imperiali, Colosseum, St. Peter's... it's all very close even on foot!!!
The neighborhood is full of typical shops, clubs, restaurants and typical trattorias, bars, theaters, markets and is certainly one of the oldest and most appreciated in Rome. A stone's throw from the Tiber, the Trevi Fountain, the Ghetto and Trastevere, it is the ideal starting point to get to know the city and its colors
Breakfast will be served at Manfrè Borse e Caffè which is not far away exactly on Via dei Barbieri, 15/b corner via del monte della farina 13/a, where you can drink a delicious cappuccino and enjoy a croissant and drink an orange juice, typical Italian breakfast. In the room, if you wish, you will also find a kettle for tea, an espresso machine with pods and a small fridge at your disposal.
