Comfortable and bright house with a veranda terrace on which to enjoy an excellent breakfast. Relax on a comfortable double bed, on the living room sofa in front of the TV, or on the deck chair on the terrace. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The apartment is located in the Oltretorrente neighborhood, in the historic center, close to all the areas of socio-cultural interest in the city. Recently renovated, it is on the second floor of an old monastery served by an elevator. The studio, despite being modest in size, includes a full kitchen, a large dining table, a single bed and 1/2 (120cm wide and comfortable even for two people) and a truly luxurious bathroom.
