Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Santo Domingo Province

Really nice place to stay

Stayd 2wks. Large w nice features. There could have been better instructions. My own practice is work/travel –so I tend to look for place w large table to use as office, so I appreciated the large kitchen table & spacious kitchen w/ most utensils & laundry workd too. Some comfort difficulties w not having air conditioning on 1st level & if I left windows open, bugs/mosquitos would get in. The place is in natural area w plenty of critters. When electricity out (several Xs), inverter would ONLY power lights, fans & internet for 3-4 hrs. The times electricity stayed out longer, I wasnt able to work (would be better to have generator, but surely price would go up). Even thou there was shared pool, I did not use it. Hot water was good w decent pressure, although I could not figure out how to get hot tub/jacuzzi in main bathroom to work, I used outside jacuzzi. There was plenty of linen & comfortable main bed. 3 balconies & other patios. There probably is need for car/moto for this place.

We had a great stay. It looked just like in the photos. Everything was very clean. Its located in an excellent location due to how close everything was. Overall a great experience!

Francis was a great host, I love the place and she was very communicate as well. Would definitely come back 1000% love it.

The Doña is so sweet and kind! The apartment was really nice and had everything I needed. I’m a digital nomad and so I’ve stayed in ALOT of Airbnb’s but this apartment just has good energy. Like the loving hand of a grandma or like a hug. Book this place you Won’t be disappointed!
