Everything as imagined, good amenities and nice area. Check in was flexible. Only thing I always find difficult with air bnb is that you pay a cleaning fee but are asked to take the trash outside.

We were two retired people from Canada staying in this place and we just loved it. Nazare still is quite authentic and from the old town, in which Sandra's place is, you can do anything within 10 min walking. even going over the hill to North Beach is a breeze. The place is quaint and newly renovated. It has all that is needed and we even cooked a few meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Sandra was extremely responsive and helpful to us. We can highly recommend.

A beautiful beach house directly on the sea, which is very lovingly furnished with many details. A small beach paradise equipped with everything e.g. surfboards, sandal stuff, coffee, shampoo, spices ...The surf lessons, sunsets right in front of the terrace, beach bars, countless shells, falling asleep overlooking the sea and the sound of the sea... The apartment is great, the spaces are nicely distributed and very comfortable. The area is very good, many restaurants and food shops nearby, although being the pedestrian street you have to move with luggage from where the car is parked (there is blue area quite close, although being maritimo promenade, you are not always lucky to find something free). João’a place is absolutely as advertised. We rented for a month and could stay all year. The view is better than anywhere in town. Perfect location if you like to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Walkable to many beaches. Amenities were great. Not a single thing to complain about. Thanks João, we’ll be back!

Very nice house, in a peaceful area with beautiful ocean view. Great for a change of scenery. A good distance from Sintra, a listed city. The only problem is the weather. It wasn't the best week to soak up the sun and pool, due to cold and rainy weather this week.

For me, it was a wonderful week overall. The apartment is functional and cozy at the same time. And comparatively very spacious. Gonçalo is a particularly good host. Always and quickly accessible. He responds clearly and is attentive to the traveler. During my stay, there was construction work in neighboring apartments, which was carried out during the day but naturally not done in a whispering manner. He responded immediately and quickly proposed a good solution. The noise on Friday and Saturday from the bar on the ground floor mentioned in other feedback was barely noticeable and did not bother me at all. I'll be happy to come back!

Very pleasant house for a larger family with children and lots of sports equipment. Spacious with facilities to accomodate all needs - storage, cleaning, drying, cooking, relaxing. Clean and cleaned at no additional cost in the middle of the stay. Very nice host who remembers and fulfills promises and cares of guests´well-being even if requests beyond standard - in our case need for softer mattress due to back problems. Very quick and easy communication. ***** for the place and one more extra * for Rogerio :-)

We had a wonderful time at Ricardo‘s place. It’s close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and the house is situated on a large property with a pool in the back. I look forward to coming back in the summer! Ricardo was great as a host and Pedro was incredibly helpful to figure things out and provide local recommendations.

The house corresponds exactly to the pictures. The pool was really heated, which is always a positive surprise (often the ad promises heated pool but then does not materialize). The house was very well prepared to accommodate eight guests, at the level of living areas, crockery and towels. But it would be helpful to have a bathroom with extra shower. Communication with the host was very easy. We could have a late check out at an affordable price. The São Martinho do Porto area is beautiful, and very close to the house we had fantastic views of the bay.

We had a great, restful time at Lurdes despite rainy weather. We were very warmly welcomed and provided with great sightseeing and restaurant tips. Elisabeth was always available for us and very quick to respond. The ocean view from the deck is amazing! The nearby beach (we would recommend a car) has great bars and clear water. The house is clean and as pictured. Thank You!

This truly is a hilltop gem. Modern yet, homely place in a secluded setting with breathtaking, extensive views of the mountains and coast. Our daughter moved picking fresh salad and herbs from the vegetable garden and the place is beautifully compact with great WiFi. Cascais centre is 10 minutes drive and our favourite restaurant is 5 mins away (5 sentidos). Sandy beach is walking distance or a short drive. Petter was very accommodating. Allowed a later checkout and fully understanding of our very exceptional circumstances. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Muito obrigado!

Beautiful place. More beautiful than the pictures! A great value for the price. Meals on the balcony were gorgeous! What a view!! Christina was very accommodating. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s so much. It was beautiful, very clean, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. She even left us a delicious treat in Halloween! She was extremely responsive and always helpful. The kitchen had everything you need to cook proper meals and then some. Would absolutely come back.

Sandra is a super host, communication was very easy, the check-in and checkout was done very efficiently. We are a group of 6-7 golfers that have stayed within the Praia Del’Rey resort for a number of years and Sandra’s villa one of the best, if not the best, we have stayed-in throughout the years - immaculately clean, spacious rooms with plenty of of bathrooms and nice garden with swimming pool (plus useful pool and garden furniture). Highly recommended - value for money is second to none,

This is a great place as it’s near the beach. Alvaro was responsive & an excellent communicator. We stayed mid-April during a heavy rainy season so I suspect the place hadn’t been occupied for awhile. The kitchen spices were quite old / gone bad & there were no dish towels or paper towels for our 2 night stay but Alvaro was very apologetic and dropped off dish towels / replacement salt and pepper after I let him know. The house is situated on a public beach that anyone can access - just a short 5-7 min walk through the beautiful dunes. Absolutely Gorgeous! We would return again when the weather was more cooperative!

Fantastic little accommodation a stones throw from one of the nicest beaches in the world. The outdoor area is lovely for relaxing and bbq’ing. There is a very handy outdoor shower perfect for cleaning the sand away after the beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. You can buy fresh fish straight off the boats on the beach as they return from sea. The accommodation is a few minutes walk from a string of lovely beach bars and local restaurants. Overall, highly recommended for a retreat to this beautiful fishing village for a few days of glorious beach’s, breathtaking sunsets, and delish fresh seafood! Finally, the hosts were very responsive and made everything very seamless. Thank you!
