I loved the experience, the room very comfortable and clean.

Excellent location, residential, but close to general commerce, bars and restaurants. Luciano was a great host, always attentive and willing to help. The house is just like the pictures. I hope to be back soon.

Nice Hostel! Cozy Backyard, Clean, we were able to Check in at 2am and could Store our bags after Checkout. Well equipped kitchen and friendly staff. Nothing More to ask for :)!

We have stayed with Rafael twice now and have already booked our third stay and also looking at a fourth stay too! Rafael is a very proactive host and is always available when/if any questions need answering. The location of Rafael's place is absolutely perfect, the hotel that his place is a part ilof is a great hotel with very helpful, polite, professional and friendly staff. Luciano is a guy you will want to become a friend of. His hostel is very good wave is good for traveling cats and pets. Luciano is the type type you quickly make friends with. His hostel has good vibes and is good for travel cats and pets.

Great place to stay in SP, very good room, cleanliness ok, just the internet was pretty bad all the time, it didn't load videos a lot, otherwise the stay was perfect.

We were very pleased with my stay on this Airbnb. The apartment is quiet, quiet and very well located, especially for those who, like me, needed to be close to work. Everything went super well, and it was definitely worth it! I recommend it to anyone looking for practicality and comfort in a calm environment.

Amazing place and host!

Second time we have stayed in the same building, in a different apartment, but both with Francy as hostess. We arrived a little later and the whole check-in was very quick, as Francy had already passed us every step. We had a counter time that was answered promptly by Francy and resolved as soon as possible. We recommend a lot. São Paulo, other capitals and cities have to be attentive and careful, so the location is very good, close to March 25 and next to the Luz Station, you can do a lot of things walking or by metro in an easy and quick way. And as soon as we do, we will be back.

I loved the place, it was a fantastic experience! I ended up staying in the mixed dormitory and only dps found out that it has the feminine, but it was very quiet as I had imagined!! The girls at the reception are wonderful, they removed all my doubts and helped me out! I loved the ease of going back and forth from Allianz on foot, and having food and drink to buy there! Tô in love with the site 🫶🏻

rodrigo's space is excellent. Everything was impeccable, clean bed and bath linens, smells, cozy atmosphere, tasteful and functional decoration. An unparalleled shower of such good, soap at your disposal. Amamos . It accommodated two adults and two pre-teens. very well. He was gracious and left enough coffee capsules for the 5 days, in addition to the discount we have at the hotel cafe. Rodrigo was a great host and responded quickly and with a lot of education. No doubt we'd be staying with him again.

The period I spent in the space was very quiet. Luiz Henrique and D. Célia, they were very kind, leaving me at will and meeting some of my needs promptly. Certainly at the next time, I will return.
