The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The panorama is varied and changes constantly under the influence of the sun, clouds and water. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

Casas do Poente is a property consisting of 3 houses, ours and 2 other independent houses. Casinha da Cabra & Casinha do Burro, each with its own private patio and terrace. Casinha da Cabra (40m2) has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a kitchenette and a wood burning stove, WC and a beautiful patio. The terrace overlooks the countryside, the sea and the sky. We are quiet and value both our privacy and the privacy of our guests. We are a family of 4, 2 humans and 2 dogs.

The Monte is rented in its entirety, being for the exclusive use of the guests. Monte Novo is ideal for a vacation in the tranquility of the countryside with family or a group of friends.

L.66 is a 600 sqm plot, part of Herdade da Comporta, with a three bedroom house divided in two volumes, a main cement house and a wooden detached cabin and a small pool. This small house is an exercise on simplicity and reworking of traditional architectural elements.

Welcome to the Serra de Grândola, a peaceful and serene area, perfect for those who like to be close to nature. The house is located in the village of São Francisco da Serra, with its small church, windmills and cork extraction workers. Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.

Casinha 2 is our comfy and freshly renovated earth house with plenty of outdoor space and quiet surroundings. The house has one double bed with big closet in a quiet room and another two single beds up on a mezzanine. Located next to São Luís town, restaurants and shops are easily available. The coast which is about 15 km away offers some of the prettiest beaches in Portugal.
