This retreat is located in a quiet and wooded area, close to Joinville and São Francisco do Sul, within a gated community (rural condominium). It has a large outdoor area with a PRIVATE pool, barbecue area and deck with access to a tributary of Babitonga Bay and an incredible sunset on the edge of beautiful mangrove vegetation. The house is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Come and enjoy good times, whether in summer or winter.

Casa Simples and well located, the rule is to relax and enjoy nature, as Ervino Beach is still one of the few beaches : Clean, preserved and with a lot of sand to enjoy .... we have a large courtyard where you can bring your pets and children to enjoy ! We have 3 bedrooms on the second floor, 1 bedroom in the attic and 1 suite on the ground floor , plus 1 single sofa and 2 single mattresses.
