O apartamento acomoda confortavelmente quatro adultos e duas crianças. Não aceitamos hóspedes extras, pois a Convenção do Condomínio só permite no máximo 6 pessoas por apartamento. É bem localizado, estando próximo ao Parque das Águas uns 350 m, bares, restaurantes e todo o comércio que facilitará sua estadia. O prédio é familiar, oferece porteiro 24 horas, elevadores, interfone e um espaço Zen com wifi no térreo. Agora estamos com wifi exclusivo no apto. Rede e senha atrás da porta do apto.

Ideal for a great stay in São Lourenço, with comfort and leisure! Located about 2.3 km from the city center. The building does NOT have an elevator, but the stairs are wide and have a handrail. It has 4 floors, an electronic gate and a garage! The only one with a swimming pool, whirlpool bathtub and gourmet area EXCLUSIVELY for you!!

There is a Smart TV with cable TV in both the living room and the suite. Parking from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 6:30 pm.

Enjoy the best of the water circuit with convenience and comfort! Note: There is no child safety net on the windows.
