I went with 3 more people and the place accommodated us super well! It was all clean. It is very close to the beach of Riacho (which was one of the best beaches for me), we were walking. I found the bathroom a little tight, and when I turned on the hood, there was a smell of sewage, but nothing that was unbearable. Everything else is wonderful

I gave a 5 star because the place was truly amazing! Communication was great as well! Beautiful complex with beach access as well! The private pool was a great experience. The only problem we had is that there was no air conditioning downstairs, only in the bedrooms upstairs, they provided a large fan for us but the time of year we were there it was pretty hot. I think it was a new place and they may be adding it in the future!

Beautiful place to stay! Everything you need and steps away from the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit the area.

The duplex is great, especially the upper part, with the swimming pool. It was well equipped. The view of the room is very nice, but it is necessary to use curtains on the windows of the bedrooms, as the windows of the apartments of the other block are in front.

The apartment is in a very well located condominium, close to Patacho beach. Next door is an excellent pizzeria. In front has a convenience store of a q gas station, although expensive, there is a lot of things like water, coffee beer, etc. The condominium is very quiet. The apartment is opposite the pool area.

Excellent experience, very proactive and kind host. Outside the beaches, which are wonderful, there is not much to do in the city. But it's really worth it. Would recommend!

Wonderful House in Paradise! Family-friendly environment, close to the beach, very nice and well equipped installation! I highly recommend.

Spectacular accommodation. All very clean and organized. The apartment is very beautiful, the internal space is great and the decoration is very good. Everything with a new and functional face. The bed and the pillows are excellent. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are concerned about making the environment as good as possible. I felt at home. It is well worth eating in the nearby pizzeria. To be "O" paradise, it was only necessary to be closer to the beach and have a stronger water pressure in the bathrooms. But the stay was 5 stars. I highly recommend and would stay again if you return a day.

Neide was super responsive, the place was super organized, it was very easy to find and despite having arrived after the agreed time, she was already on standby waiting for us. The place is very comfortable and bigger than it looks in the photos, well ventilated, had everything we needed, in addition to being in a great location in Maragogi, very close to the waterfront, we did everything walking. The beds were well made, with duvets and towels in the number of guests we informed, furniture in great condition, very clean house. It was a great experience

Myself and my family had wonderful days while hosting. The house is very spacious, with a beautiful, well-equipped decor and very close to Patacho beach. The condominium is very quiet and easy to find, following the instructions that were made available. The hosts and the entire team were super requested all the time, to ask questions and resolve any issues we had. Super recommend!!

Quiet, quiet and well-structured condominium with swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and SPA. Impeccable apto with all the usual everyday amenities and utensils. Excellent bed and bath linen, comfortable, super decorated and cozy bed. Great location, pizzeria and hamburgeria next door, gas station and front convenience. Hosting is worth hosting.

Speechless. The closest to the sea I've ever been in my life. The house even has an airfryer… everything was clean, very well equipped, accommodated everyone comfortably and the condominium is very well maintained. It was unforgettable, especially with Mrs. Rose's coconut sweets. We loved it

Our stay could not be better. We were in 4 people, and the space was perfect. Everything is quite new, the furniture, utensils and bedding. The decor is also very stylish. The place is very easy to find, the staff were very receptive and helped us in everything. Another amazing point is the beach, which is a few meters from the accommodation. It seemed like a private beach, without a lot of people, safe and quiet. The seawater is warm, without much wave, it was very tasty. The accommodation is about 30 minutes from Maragogi, and it is also possible to take the ferry and explore other parts of Alagoas. It has few options of restaurants nearby, but by car it is possible to find good places to eat, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. The hosts were very helpful, and provided us with a PDF with various information on tours, restaurants, and other tips. Congratulations for the place so well looked after and for the affection.

Simply perfect! Hosting has exceeded all our expectations. The location is great, is a few steps from the beach. The property is exactly as in the photos: clean, airy, well decorated and with all the utensils needed for a super comfortable stay. The host was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact, always available to ask questions and give great tips from the region. Special highlight for the swimming pool with sea views.

Excellent accommodations and beautiful locals, surrounding beaches, not talking, wonderful. As a suggestion, you should have more entertainment in the condominium, such as a place to have breakfast and some bar/restaurant to enjoy the evening, since Japaratinga does not offer these amenities.

An amazing stay, all organized, perfect location, comfortable beds, everything exactly like the listing, the girls who helped us in the house are wonderful, they cook divinely and are very polite and gentle, super recommend ❤️

Really great place to stay

The environment is very clean and well equipped, condominium is very safe and conserved , the beach is very close (only cross the street) personnel who work in the very friendly and caring condominium. There is no large market nearby, only groceries that meet the need. Very good and heated pool. We just had a hard time getting the shower water to heat up. We recommend the place too much 👍🏻🔝

Everything was close to the complex. The only thing that would resend, is that the sector where the garbage is left, the garbage is removed with more frequency and periodically cleaned with sanitary water daily, to avoid smells and pests. Afterwards everything was perfect.
