The condominium is excellent and the pool is the strong point, it is giant and the water is hot until closing time (22:00). Perfect location, easy to find, close to paradisiacal beaches and next to a cool restaurant. Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

The house is amazing and extremely complete. It has all kinds of appliances, comfortable and very clean rooms. Not to mention Jessica's excellent service, which is very friendly, helpful and agile. The house is foot in the sand, which provides a beautiful dawn. The host Matheus is very helpful in service. I highly recommend and we will certainly be back.

Really great place to stay

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

The apartment is wonderful, all new, same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, at a jump from Patacho's beach! The Hosts were rated 1000!!! Always very nice and attentive, answer all questions quickly! I loved the stay and I will come back more often for sure!

Thacio E Thais' apartment is really excellent! Novinho, furnished and tastefully decorated in an unbeatable location. Highlight to the towels provided that look like a 5 star hotel. Always easy and active communication. Highly recommended.
