Near markets, restaurants and the beach. Hostã Aurea is very attentive, as well as being super helpful with several recommendations for places to eat and tours to do. Collaborada Fátima Tb very attentive and requests. Would recommend! We'll be back soon.

We were in the family for 7 days in the house of Geisa. She and her son Pablo were helpful , kind and helpful in all our needs . The house is as in the pictures , cozy and clean. Very close to the beach that is excellent and peaceful . We'll come back more often 🙏🙏❤️

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

The house is very comfortable. The wish was not to leave the house. Well ventilated, quiet street, close to the beach. The decoration is all chosen tastefully and with personality. Goretti is quite available. We love the experience and recommend it!

The best home I've ever booked on Airbnb. All beautiful, pleasant, super reserved, safe and quiet. Extremely clean and organized. Near the natural pools and the points of the north route (Lages beach, Grazi coconut tree, green tunnel) you don't even have to pay buggy to make this route, you can walk. Vc already saves and takes the opportunity to make buggy only the South route, which is the miracle route, and the other raft-type tours, and visit the beach club of the region, which are wonderful. Rafael sent us beforehand tour contacts. Communication with him super works, responds mega fast! Rosana is a dear, very friendly and polite! The townhouse left an affectionate decor in the room because we went honeymoon. He even left charcoal at the barbecue and a little bottle of ice water in the fridge for us to drink on arrival. There are so many details that made a difference that I can't measure gratitude for so much… I don't even have a slight complaint to make, we are delighted! ❤️

We were staying for the second time at the house of Kátia. The first experience was great and so we didn't think 2 times before repeating. The location is great, very close to the beach, 3 minutes walking. and also close to Maragogi but we drove there. The house is very well resolved, with everything necessary for our stay. The swimming pool passed every day to check the cleanliness of the pool. Once again Katia always available and requests. We always recommend the place to friends. It is well worth the cost-benefit.

4 friends traveling along the coast of Brazil we went through great places, wonderful landscapes, but we all unanimously went to Terezinha's house and the service of Bianca was the best home the most cozy, perfect house, if we had to choose a place to come back we would all choose this house congratulations and thank you

AMAZING HOUSE!!! That's how I can describe the location. We stayed for 7 days in the listing and I can say they were perfect, the house has everything needed for a good stay. The magnificent rooms, with clean linens, excellent mattresses, top air conditioning and extremely clean white bath towels. Excellent housekeeping, always clean pool, super well-maintained gardens with beautiful plants. Perfect home decor and of course the location next to the Sea, in the summary RECOMENDADÍSSIMA!!! Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

Our stay in Porto de Pedras was wonderful and much of it was thanks to our excellent accommodation in this amazing bungalow. Everything is just like the photos, very well equipped and appliances working perfectly. The distance from the bungalow to the city is ideal for those seeking privacy, but still relatively close to entertainment. In addition, we had the online support of our host Moacir at all times to meet all our needs and, in person, the caretaker of the Villa, Carlos, was always very helpful to assist us with whatever was needed. I'd go back again without a second thought!

The house is very well located. It has a nearby waterfront with a playground, public market, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the beach is in front. The bath was lovely. We missed a fan and it was readily available. The house and furniture, as a whole, are more rustic, but it was enough to make the days pleasant with the family. Great value for money. Alexandre is a great host!

The house is wonderful! The place is even better live than on the pictures. I spent a weekend there with my wife and in-laws and it was a super cool experience. The house is clean and very cozy, in addition to having a very nice leisure area and being very close to Lages Beach. Luciano was very requested and helped us with everything. Highly recommend!
