The apartment is beautiful, organized and has a great location. Great for two people. I Recommend! Paola is very kind, attentive and proactive. It responds super fast and removes all questions with a lot of patience.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The employees are extremely kind and helped us upon arrival. There is a little noise in the countryside, but very low due to the apt being high and it is also not something that hinders the experience.. the region is apparently quiet. Plus the view is amazing! When we entered the apartment was clean and organized. The host was always available for questions and was flexible about checking in, which helped a lot! The apartment is equipped exactly as in the listing description. It was a great experience!

Unbreakable Accommodation! New Apartment, impeccable organization, many details and complete in utensils. One of the most zealous hosts I've ever met. It is already among my favorites in SP.

Amazing communication the building is super comfortable, new and super safe automatic check in is great. Communication was a 10 if you go to san Pablo stay in the loft!

There is no problem except that the refrigerator is making too much noise. Everyone may not be bothered by this. It is a situation that should be taken care of.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Excellent experience! Score 10.

This apartment is in a great part of town-Gonzaga. The beach is great with easy walking only 1 block. Grocery store, well stocked just across the street. The apartment has everything you would need. Airconditioning works well. Nice deck with views of the city and the beach. I would REALLY recommend the apartment. Plus, Sandra, your host, was responsive, and gave us a list of excellent restaurants. Finally, she hires a great cleaning person who came every weekday.

The lodging at Jayme's house is great. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning, which makes all the difference in this absurd heat you are making. In addition, the house is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The region is a delight to walk and of great location. When I arrived I was bothered only by a hair in the bathroom... but the cleaning service is outsourced, I believe it was a one-off problem, because in addition, it was all clean. Ah, the building is also a charm apart, which offers all possible amenities.

We love the days we spent in Riviera! The condominium is amazing, we take great advantage of the swimming pool and the beach that is nearby and has access inside the condominium! Accommodations are great, very neat and comfortable! We'll come back other times.

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

We had an amazing weekend as a family. Tania's house is exactly the same as in the pictures and when we arrived everything was clean and organized. Communication with Tania is excellent, responds quickly even with tips. We loved the house, the condominium and the beach. We intend to come back more often.

I've lost count of how many times I've been in Raquel's house. It has become a haven for my family: near sp and in the middle of nature. The house is beautiful and has great structure.

We were from 11 to 17 March 2025 with my whole family, and we had the best stay, it was exactly like the descriptive of the house, super indication, Host Julio indicated 2 fantastic people who made all the difference to our stay was the best, Talita and Elaine. Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.
