Monthly Rentals in São Roque do Faial

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is very nice quiet and secluded (you definitely need a rental car) and perfect for relaxing quietly in the mountains and taking hiking trips from there. Rui was very quick and solution-oriented to address issues. We would definitely recommend the place and will definitely come back again

This is a fantastic apartment home. The place looks like in the pictures, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Very large kitchen with all appliances and a peaceful backyard with morning sunshine. A very peaceful place near the top of a mountain with easy access to beautiful hiking places just a short drive away. The home is in FAIAL which is the best area for hiking and lookouts places. Also the best value in all Madeira. This area is the best for nature lovers and away from the more expensive places in Funchal. I’m definitely returning in the future. By the way, Marco is a great host, very proactive, with a lot of suggestions on places to go.

Nice and clean house with friendly hosts. The view is fantastic. It is located in a quite environment. Just be aware you either need a car or go by taxi to do activities or to go to supermarkets/restaurants.
