Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saraphi District

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

The house and the host are amazing. We had an incredible time with my family—it's perfect for a family vacation. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and everything we needed was provided. The internet is reliable, and there are markets nearby with everything you might need. I truly hope to come back one day. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

I recently rent Napapat's house, and overall, my experience was positive. The home was clean and well-maintained. The host utilized the kitchen to cook and dine on the premises, which added a homely touch to the stay. Although I had initially planned for a group of six, we ended up being nine in total. The accommodation was very flexible—they provided additional beds to comfortably fit everyone. We were genuinely happy with the experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Phimon is very proactive and helpful. She accommodated us very efficiently and even suggested places and restaurants to go to 😊 Her place is so clean and comfortable. She even provided us towels and comforters for each one. She also prepared bath soaps and shampoo and bottles of water 🫶 We are so grateful we had an amazing place to rest after a day of tour in Chiang Mai. It is also close to the airport so we did not rush to go back at the airport when we were leaving. This place is highly recommended. 💯

Suhawan & her sister Ning Nong are great hosts. communication was always quick when replying to me. Ning Nong is lovely & met us at the gate & shown us round. the house itself is traditional but has everything you need for a long stay. We were there for a month. The house is as described but bigger than it appears on the pictures. On arrival there was an issue with the shower & when it couldn't be resolved, they immediately ordered & installed a new boiler which was hugely appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble & they both genuinely care & want to ensure you have the best time. The location is amazing, in a small community, the house is surrounded by trees & is really peaceful. as others have mentioned, a 5 minute walk away is a soi full of cafes, restaurants, street food & just about anything else you need. The airport shopping mall is a 20 minute walk away too. Bolt & grab easily available to get around. We had a great stay.

A very nice house, a perfect blend of nature, spotlessly clean in the room and very tidy.The housekeeper chabaprai was very friendly and kind, and her niece and friend also gave us the most meticulous care when she was not there, which was the biggest harvest of this trip.We finished our meeting for two days there and our visiting friends all appreciated the setting and design of the house.The house is also ideal for two or three families to live together in a lot of areas where you can get together and there are completely separate spaces for each other. Worth recommend

Sunshine House is perfect for those looking for peace and serenity and it was exactly what I needed. It is a little secluded so the options for food if you don't ride a bike or drive a car are limited. However it is easily accessible with Grab or Bolt. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and gave a lot of privacy. Carolyn is super fast in responding to messages and took great care of me. She checked in with me when she didn't see me for a while to ensure I was ok. She even gave me some delicious home made food and snacks and made me feel very welcome and at home. This place really felt like a home away from home. Nana the bigger dog who guards the gate was adorable and loved coming up to me for some rubs. Chacha the adorable little one was feisty and full of character. I have extended my stay here for a little longer and will surely miss it when I leave. I will always remember this cosy home away from home and look forward to coming back again some day.

Had a very satisfying stay at Arise Condo At Mahidol in Chiang Mai, Thailand.Conveniently located near Chiang Mai Airport, the apartment is convenient for both getting to the airport and visiting the city. The surrounding area of the apartment is pleasant, free gym, swimming pool, surrounded by amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, etc., it is very convenient to live. Particularly worth mentioning is the host, the host is a very enthusiastic Chinese who not only communicates accessibility but also provides a lot of practical travel information and advice.During the stay, the host always responded to our needs in a timely manner, helped us to solve the problem and made us feel the warmth of home. The interior of the apartment is also well equipped, the room is spacious and bright, the decor is simple and generous, clean and tidy.Overall, it was a great stay this time, and both the environment and the host were impeccable.Highly recommend for friends planning a trip to Chiang Mai!

Very nice modern cosy condo in a nice quiet location. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I enjoyed using the gym here which was a bonus if you like that. Getting about from here you do need to have your own transport or use grab caps which are very cheap to have easy access to everywhere.

Really nice flat in calm area. Where everything you need is nearby (big mall, 7…) The flat itself provides everything you need. I can highly recommend

Good value, easy access to Big C supermarket and lots of coffee and street food places close by if you have a scooter. Lin is a sweetheart and I would definitely stay again, my only objection is sometimes the planes being so close by can be a bit disruptive

FY was a great host. Her place was clean & well maintained. The sky pool is absolutely awesome and must to visit. We had a great stay at the place. The location is nice to most of the nice eatery and short distance to night market and morning market by bike.

You are about 20 min from city center. overall nice quiet building. host was very nice!

Great stay with a wonderful view on the rooftop. It’s close to mostly everything and it’s a great place to stay at if you just need a place to stay before going out and exploring. Great for family, couple and friends.

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

An excellent stay! The host was extremely responsive, replying almost immediately to any inquiries. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is highly convenient—just a short walk to Central Airport Plaza shopping mall, Kad Manee Night Market, and Nim City, which offers a supermarket and a variety of dining options. Perfect for both short and long stays.

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.
