Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Our authentic house is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. The house, traditional and full of charm, is located in Sargé les le Mans, at the gate of Le Mans, you can enjoy a relaxing setting. Please note, our pool is closed from October to May. A 5-minute drive from Le Mans and 20 minutes by transport, you will be close to several walking paths for walks in the heart of nature. You can also enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.

We are happy to welcome you to the countryside in an old farmhouse converted into a gîte. A friendly place, quiet, with the charm of natural materials. Great for gatherings with family or friends. You have terraces, garden and paths for walks. The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
