Comfortable house ( also as a location!) and complete with everything .lessandra also gave us a lot of ideas on what to visit so much so that listening to it we fixed our plans. One more detail: beautiful illustrated books available for children and a set of detergents and foods available that makes us feel "cared for" . Congratulations!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the most beautiful weather in this large comfortable apartment. Walking distance to everything in the perfect Piazza. Our host was extremely responsive prior to our trip and all during. Made check in and check out easy and very flexible. Absolutely spotlessly clean traditional apartment with everything you could need. Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Spello. Grazie Ferruccio!!

La Terrazza del Conero was fantastic, the view was breathtaking. Inside it was cozy and practically furnished. Christian's wife was fluent in English, which was easy for communication. We did nice getaways. We would highly recommend this place. Regards Nicole

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

Great spot in a very central location for exploring Umbria; you can easily make trips to Perugia, Spoleto, the Marche coast or the Sibillini....yet you have walking access to the restaurants and sites of Foligno. Simone was incredibly generous in leaving me lots of food when stores were closed (Easter). Overall a great place

Beautiful, spotless apartment. I loved everything about it. Very easy to walk to Piazza del Popolo and restaurants. Supermarket approximately 2 minute walk from apartment. Maria Grazia is a helpful and gracious host. Stay here. You will not regret it!

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

The village of Caprile was a pleasant discovery for us: intimate and quiet surrounded by nature but still just a few minutes by car from the main amenities. We were both able to take nice walks and be able to explore the area with ease. Michele's home has its own character and enjoys the influence of different cultures. Everything is taken care of from the inside to the outside. The terrace also has a barbecue station and you can take advantage of Michele's green thumb to enrich the dishes with its aromatic herbs. The hot tub offers great relaxation. Michele was a great guest.

Ariadne's hospitality and hospitality were really great. We had a really good time. Aianna was always available for anything. Definitely recommend!

The house was fantastic, clean, spacious with a garden and a table outside so you can have lunch even outdoors. Highly recommended!!!

A pleasant surprise! With my husband we often come here to Assisi and for the first time we stayed in Stefania's house. The house is cared for in every detail and is equipped with everything you need! The cleanliness is impeccable. The house is located in a strategic place, in fact below the house there are bars, restaurants and shops, but the most important thing is that 100 meters away is the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Stefania and her husband are friendly and helpful people, and above all they meet any need. Surely for the next few times, it will become our point of reference!

Top-notch hospitality, small touches dedicated to the customer very pleasant. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all amenities. Right price. We had a good time. A bit suburban but still within walking distance of the center of Jesi, which is worth a visit.

Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal. Mr. Lino and his wife are reserved, discreet but always ready and helpful. We left a piece of our heart. Congratulations, we hope to return.
