New wooden house in the village of Ile d 'Arz, rue Michel Boitard, ideally located 500 m from the Cale de Penera in the East, 400 m from the coastal path to the West and 900 m from the beach of Brouel in the South. On the ground floor, a living room of 35 m² overlooks a 30 m² terrace and its south facing garden (fully equipped kitchen, living area with its wood stove, a toilet). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a toilet and a dormitory attic.

Come and test an unusual accommodation in recycled shipping containers converted into a studio facing a forest. Ideal for a weekend or vacation in the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan. Close to the Port of Vannes (4 km), beaches, the pier to the Gulf Islands (5 km), and the Train Station (2 km). This fully equipped container studio is an independent part of our home (located above). Guests can enjoy a large shared garden and a small independent terrace.

Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). The house is rated 3 stars. We no longer accept parties, AIRBNB formally prohibits it.
