Our "Bleu Vert" gîte between the Gulf and the Ocean is located in the center of Sarzeau Bourg, shops and market 2 steps away, the Gulf trail 300 m away. The ocean beaches are 4 km away. Whether you are a couple or have two children, this new single-storey construction will certainly appeal to you. The outdoor space includes a west-facing terrace with garden furniture, all opening onto the owners' landscaped garden. The swimming pool, heated from May to September, separates the two dwellings.

Welcome to our wooden house built in 2023. You can go directly to discover the Rhuys peninsula on foot (10 minutes from the Logeo beach and its small port, the GR34 coastal trail) or by bike (15 minutes from the ocean beaches). Bright house, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac, oriented from East to West where you can bask in the shade of an oak tree and its hedgerow. The superb 60 m2 wooden terrace allows both dining and sunbathing.
