La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sui Bastioni e sul golfo di Capocaccia. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. L'appartamento è corredato da un ampio cortile esterno con BBQ e zona relax con tavolo e divanetti con la possibilità di mangiare fuori. La sua posizione è comoda inquanto vicina a tutti i servizi principali, raggiungibili a piedi e collegato a tutte le spiagge. 7 min da Platamona 20 min da Alghero e Caselsardo 10 da Porto Torres
