Historic Erasmus

The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

Hotels Too - Home Kristoforo è un'accogliente appartamento bilocale finemente ristrutturato, posto al primo piano di una palazzina situata all'interno delle mura del centro storico di Sassari. La camera da letto matrimoniale, dotata di aria condizionata e televisore a schermo piatto, consente un piacevole riposo e il soggiorno con cucina, dotato anch'esso di televisore, permette di poter cucinare in autonomia e godere di un piacevole aperitivo o riposo post prandiale.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

The apartment is ideally located on Capo Falcone’s hills in a luxurious and private compound surrounded by plain nature. You will appreciate the well-kept garden where you can enjoy great moments of relax away from the crowded beaches. The Pelosa beach, known as one of the most beautiful in Italy, is only a 10 minutes’ walk away, together with restaurants, bars and groceries stores.

The house is located in the historic center of the ancient village of Sennori famous for its food and wine products, for its popular manifestations and for its folkloric costume. The village, on the hillside, overlooks the Gulf of Asinara and offers a breathtaking view and unforgettable sunsets.
