Thank you Donna for an amazing stay at Casa Melissa. We were greeted by the lovely Giuseppe when we arrived to show us around. We had an amazing time in Alghero. We had the perfect base to travel around the island and come back to a very restful home. We had everything we needed in the house., from the very comfortable beds, to the amazing pool and the bbq we had everything! We were treated to some local pastries one day by Giuseppe which was a lovely surprise ! We always got very prompt responses to any questions we had along the way too. We leave with very happy memories of our time in Sardinia Thank you Donna and Giuseppe

10 days spent at Villa Mirasol was fabulous - Set just in the outskirts of Alghero this is a wonderful villa surrounded by olive trees and providing views across the countryside to the sea on one side and hills to the other. This provides Peace and tranquility and yet a short drive away (or long walk) you can reach the new and old towns and the restaurants / sites of the area. The villa is spotlessly clean and tidy, the beds very comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows and fresh clean white sheets. Air conditioning is a bonus in villas like these and to have that for the occasional quick cool down was lovely. There is plenty of space to relax inside and outside on the main terraced area and also a ‘sunset watching area’ within the olive trees where in the evenings you can watch the sunset over the sea while enjoying a glass of local wine. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the pots and pans etc you need to self cater. Mario is an excellent host. Thoroughly recommended.

Very nice and calm location in a residential area with access control. The beach is within walking distance near enough to go down and return several times a day without getting annoyed when you forgot something in the villa. Most of the residents are Italian and therefore you can enjoy the Italian way of holiday. In the residential areas there is a restaurant (upper class) and an enclosed pizza bistro (for take away as well) and a small but well-sorted supermarket, which is open from Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 20:00 h, on Sunday the supermarket is open until 13:00 h. But the supermarket is not within carrying distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the supermarket, restaurant and pizza bistro.

We stayed at this property for a week, the house was impeccable and the strategic location to get around. We were 10 20-year-olds and we got some calls for the evening noise. The hosts were very understanding and available for anything, really very kind!

Nice Flat, wiith a nice green Garden und a Terrace, we love it. The beatifil Beach is only a litle Walk 5 Minutes. There’s a good Beachbar, and a Supermarket 5 Minutes away.

I had a wonderful holiday. The accommodation is quietly located in a holiday home area, close to the village of Stintino. There you will also find all the necessary shops such as bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The house is great and has everything you need and lots of beautiful decorations and accessories (spices, cleaning products, pool accessories). The view over the area is magnificent and the pool magnificent. Several times a week, someone also comes to check/clean it. Only the kitchen is somewhat small and has no oven. However, there is a microwave as a replacement for this. Check-in is via a nice lady (Loredana - I hope the name is right). She explains everything important about the house and has great tips for the area and restaurants ( thank you again for that). We were able to get in touch with her well in English.

Great place, great value for money, highly recommended! Don’t miss the ”off the beaten track” beaches just south of Stintino

Sabrie was immediately very helpful, always making herself available in case of need and offered advice appropriate to our needs. The house looks exactly as it is visible from the airbnb site and there are sheets and towels, but also other useful items such as the coffee maker and iron, or accessories that can be used for the beach as umbrellas. There is also a fully functioning dishwasher, a washing machine, and an oven. In the kitchen there is everything that can serve as pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery. There are three usable and working air conditioners and a TV in the living room and if necessary, the host also offers wi-fi service. The swimming pool is usable and equipped with four sun loungers. At the end of the night, Sabrie made himself available to advice and suggestions to improve his offer.

We had an AMAZING time! The views and sunsets were stunning! Sagi who welcomed us was extremely professional and so welcoming! We can't wait to be back!!

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and had fly screens everywhere. Spatial separation of the 2 family areas are available. Great, a lot of space. This is a fully equipped house. Incl. bikes with helmets, sup, even tools to fix small things. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We were 4 adults and 4 children and felt super comfortable. Would come back any time. The hostess is very nice and helpful. Thanks for the nice week

The villa is beautiful as is the sunset view. The area requires the use of the car to get around even the nearest beaches. Pets even on the terrace are wild boars, but they behave like dogs :-) The host is extremely kind and thoughtful in responding quickly and well to every need. Great experience!

When we arrived Rina checked us in, meeting us late at night and giving us a quick tour of the house. The next morning we were blown away by the views and stunning scenery. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need for a holiday away from home, sitting atop Costa Paradiso for the most breathtaking views. The house is two separate houses, that share a common entryway. The pool was fantastic for the kids to play in, probably just need to be careful with the surrounding cliffs and escarpment with young children. Modern, clean and comfortable.

The villa was more beautiful than the pictures. We enjoyed our week at the villa very much. It was very serene and peaceful. Communication with the team from independent villa was very good and helpful. Can absolutely recommend.

Fantastic find! We had such a relaxing time at Francesco’s place during our honeymoon. You are surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views. The property is a quick drive to local beaches and cute towns. We especially enjoyed our visit to Castelsardo, which is less than 30 minutes away. The host was very responsive and gracious, check-in was easy, and the house is just perfect. As others have mentioned there is plenty of food in the fridge and cabinets upon arrival. The 2 pools are not heated which is worth mentioning only because we had cooler weather during our stay, but that did not stop us from spending time in the pool. Also, the bed was so comfortable! We hope to be back!

We have been 10 adults for a week. Everything in the house is impeccable, clean and modern bathrooms, very nice and comfortable rooms. Sabanas, new and clean towels. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, very complete. The pool is fantastic and has 10 very comfortable sunbeds. The gardens are very nice and maintained. Ronda and her husband are lovely, and Stefano is very attentive and attentive to any detail. I recommend this Villa 100x100

Sara's villa is a great place to have a good time with family or girlfriend. The property and incredibly large, as well as the pool. There is a lot of space inside the villa, so there are plenty of retreat options. The villa exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be happy to come back. This is not least because of Sara, who is a great hostess.

Beautiful place to stay - isolated so you’ll need a car but so worth it for the privacy and peace. Absolutely gorgeous

Mark's house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool is large and pleasant. Mark was very responsive to each of my questions. Since the house was not occupied afterwards and our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave in the afternoon and enjoy the pool until the last moment. I would definitely recommend Mark's house.

Staying at Sabrina's place was amazing. We are very fond of the picturesque house, which is quite nicely decorated. Privacy, pool and many sitting areas where they sat coffee are priceless. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for privacy, silence, and yet a clean and beautiful home from which to go on trips.

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.
