Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Located 2 minutes from access to the A64 to Toulouse, 30 minutes from the Place du Capitole in Toulouse, and less than a km walk from Muret train station. Very well equipped, with reversible air conditioning, it has a sleeping area with a 160x200 bed and a sofa that converts into a double bed.

A private pool is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and loungers. The villa, featuring a covered terrace, offers a spacious view of the surrounding landscape. Lush greenery and colorful flowers enhance the outdoor area, creating a serene and inviting environment for relaxation.
