Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

Room is made for lush nature and the many farmyard animals that live in harmony on this unique site at the confluence of the Loir and the Foussarde and crossed by the GR of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.

The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor lunches and barbecue. Will be at your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jaccuzy ( excluding late Nov - March) bikes and… Numerous activities: forest walk, golf, skeet shooting, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Maison Corbionne is located in Condé- sur-Huisne, in the heart of the Perche Natural Regional Park. We put our heart in a very green decoration. The house is ideal for 6/8 people with its three double bedrooms (160x200 beds). We have renovated and isolated the attic, it is equipped with 2 single beds 80x190. In winter, the fireplace and the large living room will offer you a good moment of cocooning, In summer, the 3000m2 fruit garden with river and heated pool will seduce you!

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). 1 hour from Paris, come and rest for a weekend or for a longer period in this former bakery. Cottage located in a quiet area, 2 km from Bonneval and its shops. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and a washing machine are available. Upstairs, the bedroom has a double bed (140x90) and a desk area. Sofa bed is suitable for children.
