Former sheepfold completely renovated and tastefully decorated, "La Petite Maison" is an integral part of the Moulin de Masson, an exceptional 15th century estate that extends over 10 ha on the edge of Perche, 5 km from Illiers-Combray, the country of Marcel Proust and his famous madeleines. Room is made for lush nature and the many farmyard animals that live in harmony on this unique site at the confluence of the Loir and the Foussarde and crossed by the GR of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.

The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor lunches and barbecue. Will be at your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jaccuzy ( excluding late Nov - March) bikes and… Numerous activities: forest walk, golf, skeet shooting, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Extended check-out time during the weekend. (Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday evening)
