The Hochoetz ski resort, connected to the Kühtai resort, is 2 km away, Sölden can be reached in 30 minutes or you can use the free ski bus in front of the building. Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.
