Sur 200m2, découvrez grand espace de vie sous une charpente apparente du XVIIIème siècle, doté d'une cuisine ouverte, d'une grande salle à manger-salon, d'un billard, d'un baby-foot, d'une terrasse plein sud et d'une piscine sécurisée, 4 chambres possédant chacune une salle de bain, et dans la tour.. un lit rond!

Langon Center House

Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The city center, its shops and restaurants are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The highway exit is a 3-minute drive.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Notre gîte, au milieu des vignes avec sauna et jacuzzi privatif se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine tout équipée (cafetière nescafé et dosettes fournies),d'un canapé lit, une salle d'eau ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec un lit 160×200. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather, refurbished in the Landes style. On the agenda, forest walks, canoeing on the Ciron, bike paths, cultural visits... 10 min from Sauternes, 15 min from Bazas, close to all amenities (3 km). 2 mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) are available for guest use. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. You will love our place because of its comfortable bed and independence. /!\ STRICTLY non-smoking accommodation, no smoking allowed in front of the house.

Come and relax in the heart of South Gironde, in a warm, recently renovated cottage equipped with air conditioning. You will be at the gates of the castles of Sauternes with its magnificent vineyards. This little piece of heaven is full of forest trails that will delight lovers of walks and bike rides! You will also have the pleasure of discovering the Ciron, a magnificent river that crisscrosses the department and offers canoeing and kayaking trips.

No smoking, no pets The property has an unsecured staircase, so it is not suitable for toddlers, no baby equipment. The apartment is configured to accommodate a maximum of 3 people, including children.

Come and enjoy the South Gironde from our ideally located annex in Sauternes with stunning views of Château d'Yquem. Located between the Châteaux D'Yquem, Guiraud, Rayne-Vigneau and the Clos des Lunes. Château d'Arche is only a 3-minute drive away. Lafaurie Peyraguey and its 2* Michelin restaurant is also minutes from our accommodation. Access from the A62 highway, we are 7 km from the Langon exit, and 45 km from Bordeaux.

The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, on a very quiet little street, the accommodation is totally private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its pretty terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine castles. There is a small sitting area with a single sofa bed and a comfortable double bed.

Small chalet just for you, isolated in the heart of nature with large garden/forest. From 1 to 4 people (2 adults max + 2 children), (1 double bed and 2 single beds).
