Great spot to stay in Hilton Head for our family. Beach was only a 5 minute walk and the two private beach walkways were a plus. (Brought us to a less crowded section of beach). The heated pool was great for the kids. The condo was very baby safe for our 10 month old. Having a beach cart/chairs/toys available for use was definitely a plus! Being on the first floor was great for packing/unpacking after a day at the beach. Planning on staying here again for our next trip to Hilton Head.

Ricky was extremely responsive and accommodating for us with check in/check out. The place was just as described, kitchen has everything you need and the rest of the space is amazing. The location of the villa is also a prime location. Highly recommend for anyone coming to enjoy beautiful Sea Pines!

The beach is about a 10-15 minutes away from the house. We saw a dolphin and some jellyfish there and it wasn't super crowded. The condo itself had the softest beds in the world and towels and toiletries were provided. Everything was so cute, beachy, and clean!

Gloria was kind and responsive via text messages. The condo was perfect for a long weekend. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts!

Spacious and comfortable furniture and beds. Had a few questions regarding Palmetto Dunes after staying there and Kevin was very responsive. Large refrigerator and ample counter space for in-stay dining. Excellent location relative to beach, tennis/pickleball courts and golf.

What a beautiful location! Condo had everything we needed and more! And Amy was so kind and responsive! Hilton Head is the most beautiful beach we've visited as a family!

We are regular visitors and near-future residents of Savannah. This is a beautiful home in the Historic District, only 2 blocks from Forsyth Park. The two HUGE bedrooms, both with en suite, second floor w/d, and reserved off-street parking are rare luxuries in our beautiful city. Luxurious linens and rugs make this home best suited to adults and older children/teens. Private work-space, well supplied kitchen, beautifully appointed.

Very nice complex and beautiful, well decorated unit. Hosts were great to let us book at last minute due to Florida hurricane and worked with us until the last minute as we were deciding what to do midweek. I also left something at the unit and messaged host about it. She immediately contacted her cleaning crew to help me track it down. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is so beautiful and there is a lot to do. The place was nice and it is so close to the beach and everything else!!

It was a good place to be for a couple of nights in Hilton Head. Walkable to the playground and beach. Good access to main road to get to Sea Pines and other locations. The Hosts were very proactive and great instructions and space was nice for our family of 4.

We had a great stay at the 17th Street Inn! It was cozy, so peaceful, and the staff was very friendly and communicative! My wife and I loved being just a block from the beach for easy quick trips that didn’t feel like we had to stay forever just to make it worth it. Great location for a couples getaway!

10 ⭐ This Condo was wonderful!! The pictures do not capture just how big this place is, the bedrooms are large, and the bathrooms are huge! The views of the morning sunrise were spectacular!! Being a corner unit was great because we were just steps away from the stairs to the pool and the path to the beach. Fantastic kitchen that was fully stocked, and TV's in every room that have cable, which for us was a big deal (love to just click the TV on and not have to figure out how to operate it) It is a quick drive from the Savannah Airport, and Jane hooked us up with a local driver that picked us up and dropped us back off, so that was really helpful. It was just really easy to stay here. We had everything we needed; it was clean, it was comfortable, and it was close to everything!! You will not be disappointed if you rent this one. We had such a wonderful time that we will be sure to revisit this one!!! Thanks, Jane, for being a great host, we really enjoyed your home!! ❤️

The space was super easy to get to and the TreeTops community was easily anywhere between 10-20 mins to the little pockets of shopping and restaurant on the island. The condo is lived in and well loved. Neat and suitably furnished…a perfect size for our group of 4 and 2 pups. Would def book again!

We really enjoyed our stay and would book again! The unit was exactly like the pictures. The only thing others should be aware of is the entry door is located up a flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

Wow!! Where to begin…. Laura’s place is exactly what we needed. It was very relaxing and comfortable. The decor is perfect for the beach. She takes every detail into account for her guests to have an enjoyable time. She has anything you need for the beach including chairs and umbrella. Laura has excellent communication .

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Close to great shopping, and restaurants. Ansermo was quick to respond and was a great host.

Tasha was a wonderful host. She reached out to me prior to checkin to ensure I received the door code. She also handled an extra parking price for my wife very quickly. Best customer service I have experienced using Airbnb or hotel room. Highly recommend!!

My family had a great trip to HHI. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but my 5 & 8 year olds handled it just fine. There are two beach access points equal distances - One with stairs and one with a ramp if you have a cart. We appreciated the end unit so I didn’t feel like people could hear our kids dancing in the living room. On the flip side if you are a light sleeper I would definitely pack a portable fan to drown out the neighbors since your bedrooms back up to their living room. Thanks for a wonderful space!

We had a great time at the condo. The indoor pool was awesome. The location was great and easily walkable to the beach and to lots of great restaurants. The place was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Some minor things that I would’ve liked, larger drinking glasses and towels for the beach/pool. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind when packing for your stay. We really had a great time and I’d recommend this place and would definitely book again.

Having an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was ideal for Feb. in Hilton Head. The boardwalk to the beach was very walkable. Jeremy was quick with local recommendations. We stayed for a month so did a lot of our own cooking. The kitchen was ideal for this....plenty of workspace and great appliances. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the area. Great seafood locally!

Lynn's condo is the perfect Hilton Head Island home-base. First, the location is excellent - a few minute walk to the beach and just off of the beaten path to be peaceful, yet close to anything on the island. The condo complex is beautiful with a nice winding walking path within and having access to a pool just steps away was excellent. Inside the unit was perfect for my wife and I. It had ample kitchen equipment to cook a lot of our meals when we didn't feel like hitting the town. The brand new Weber grill was a treat that I wasn't expecting, but enjoyed breaking it in with a few grilled meals. Lynn was an excellent host, very accommodating and responsive when needed. We highly recommend Lynn's place in Seascape Villas for anyone looking for a quaint HHI getaway. Thanks for having us, Lynn!
