At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
