This comfortable studio is located in the historic center of the old town of Sion, in a charming neighborhood with small pedestrian streets dating from the Middle Ages. Central but very quiet location, only accessible on foot or by bike. However, the parking « Scex », shops, restaurants, bars, museums, art galleries, the Valère theater, the traditional Friday market in the old town, the castles of Valère and Tourbillon are just a few minutes walk away. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

The open mezzanine offers an additional double bed recommended for children. Most Central Valais ski resorts are just 30 minutes away, and shopping centers in Conthey are only 3 minutes away(by car)with easy access to the highway within 10 minutes. In the Swiss Alps, 30 minutes from the main ski resorts, you will find a 2.5-room apartment in our family villa. Magnificent views of the mountains/Matterhorn and the village, close to the vineyard. The private apartment consists of 1 separate bedroom, living room, open kitchen with bay window on the terrace (for your exclusive use), sofa bed. TV, Wi-Fi. Shower, toilet, washing column.

In this independent 35 square meter studio with tasteful decor, there is an air of vacation and tranquility. It feels good. The large private terrace with barbecue is made for relaxing. We offer you homemade jam and a small bottle of local wine.
