We stayed in Karine's house on Easter weekend and felt "at home "...everything was perfect. The area is very quiet and shops are close by. Karine is a very friendly, welcoming host with nice touches upon arrival (drinks, small cakes...) The accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped (according to the photos and description) Decorated with great taste. Great place. I would would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying with Stéphanie and Cyril. This is a nice farmhouse very well furnished. All the conditions are there for a great time. We were able to reunite as a family for the holiday season. Very well equipped and bright kitchen, very spacious living area and impeccable bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Everything is decorated tastefully. And the little plus the cats who lead their lives quietly by letting us enjoy their presence and some hugs. Don't hesitate because you'll feel right at home Stéphanie and Cyril.

Amazing rustic place, plenty of space

Amazing place with everything you need in an incredibly peaceful location. A fantastic place if you have dogs too with loads of space for them to run around and plenty of shade too.

Functional, clean and tidy accommodation. A very large bedroom that allows the installation of a bed umbrella. The small exterior is very nice also to enjoy the beautiful cheeks. Overall we had a nice stay. Halfway between the Fleche and Le Mans, very convenient for visiting the zoo or the 24h circuit of Le Mans.

We had a very nice stay at Perrine's. We particularly liked the apartment and the pool. On the day of arrival, Perrine gave us a local wine and citrus cookies. We were very pleased about that. She was always very helpful and we felt very comfortable. We can recommend this place to anyone!

The House of Happiness everything was great the decor, a warm atmosphere, the amenities, I have rarely seen such a well-equipped kitchen, the pool, the games and the beautiful garden. So many kinds of trees and flowers are a feat! this place breathes love. There were 8 of us, including two kids, and we were able to create wonderful memories. A big thank you.

We booked this place to get together as a family away from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. We had a wonderful time in this haven of peace with our baby, his grandparents and our two Dalmatian faithful. The change of scenery is total, the swimming pool, the environment and the calm of this place has done us the greatest good. We will come back without hesitation.

Everything was perfect! Even better than in the photos , the accommodation is very well equipped, very clean and rather spacious. Easily accessible with an exterior and private parking glued to the property. A real plus that sheets and towels are provided , and what comfort that a crib and high chair are available. Julien was very available for all our questions and perfectly communicated all the information we needed for our arrival. Would highly recommend to my loved ones to stay there!

great place! I recommend +++ very clean. a beautiful living room dining area for a nice meeting with friends. there were games on site , perfect for fun for the kids, they loved it. a perfect weekend despite the time that was not at the rendezvous!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

A nice stay in the pole. The annex is very functional like a small apartment. Ideal for couple. Beautifully decorated, it's very cocooning and well insulated. The location is ideal in the pretty city of Belleme. Would definitely stay there again.

Maryline and Christian are hosts like I've rarely met. They are kind, generous and very respectful. The house is bigger than I expected and very well-equipped even for a long stay. This was my case and I did not miss anything, I was able to share, discover and enrich myself thanks to them while having my autonomy and my privacy. The environment is peaceful, quiet and pleasant. It's a total change of scenery but still close to Le Mans by car. I would recommend this place without hesitation and I will be back soon. Thanks to you Maryline and Christian.

We had a great time for 1 month. Stéphane is accommodating, responsive, open-minded. He was discreet and available when we needed it. His little dog is an angel fallen from the sky, he knew how to melt our hearts the few times we met him. The surrounding forests are mystical and sublime, herds of deer and stags, multiple conifers with captivating scents, in short the fauna and flora of Perseigne is just magical. The accommodation has all the comforts you need, we didn't want for anything. Thank you for this trip!

We made a “stop” on our way back at Patrick's and his historic mill. Since we were traveling with a young dog, we were looking for something quiet, simple and located in nature. The small mill was perfect for that. Patrick and his two dogs welcomed and hosted us warmly :-) The mill is simply equipped, but it is also described exactly. We'll be happy to come back on our next trip to the Atlantic!
