Cozy and bright south-facing studio, in the heart of the resort. Views of the Mountains and the Station. No cleaning fee if not necessary. Bed linen provided and installed at no extra cost. 50 m on skis / at the foot of the ski lifts. Starting from hiking, mountain biking, gravel and trail routes. 25 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon. Children's games, go-karts, bar/restaurant at altitude/at the foot of the slopes, mini-supermarket, spa, tobacconist's/newsagent's, daycare (subject to opening hours). On the 4th, a floor to climb on foot.

Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
