Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in the Chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families suitable up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

A spacious living area features large windows that provide abundant natural light and a view of the surrounding greenery. A comfortable chair is positioned next to a cozy corner, while a fireplace adds warmth to the space. The wooden flooring complements the natural setting.

Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!

Our young family with 2 children rent this new and modern 2 bedroom apartment in Vandans. Our house is beautiful, very quiet and located directly under the forest in the Vorarlberg Alps. Our guests can enjoy the wonderful view and tranquility of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with its own garden section.
