A highlight is the very large partly covered roof terrace overlooking the Störmthaler See with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hainer, in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Doors open and the large and wrap-around wooden terrace becomes an outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to the evening drink at sunset without leaving the lake out of sight.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central location right at the heart of the city. 200 meters away is one of the central squares in the city with nice cafes. The equipment of the apartment includes a large double bed, a (sleeping)sofa (for 2 more people), a kitchen with everything that belongs to it, a washing machine, a bathroom with towels, toothbrushes and soaps as well as a SmartTv with Netflix, Prime and a Playstation 3 for sociable evenings at home.

Four water ( Tiny House ) on Lake Hainer

Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

First row of beach right on the lake with views of the water in the distance. Sunsets from the terrace overlooking the F60. The house has a hot tub and sauna. The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used.
