Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the bigger highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming rooftop terrace that you won't tire of enjoying. Come and decide for yourself.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

In apartment 10, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunrise from the south and north-east facing wooden terraces.
