The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Large garden with grill, fire pit + 3 terraces invite you to relax. Bedrooms: 1x first floor (2 people), 3x 2nd floor (2, 4), attic (5). In the attic there is a residential unit with additional bathroom, kitchen.

You'll be sitting on the terrace all day, making campfires and chilling out – and turning on the sauna in the evening! Since it is already cold, you will heat up the kitchen stove and make yourself comfortable. After a guided tour of the grounds of our community at Schloss Gersdorf, we will let you sink into your beanbag and ponder the meaning of life! Irritable is the new organic!

The Blickinsfreie is an old accordion factory on the edge of the forest, which we lovingly and very individually renovated from 2015-2017. Surrounded by the forests of the Upper Vogtland, not far from the Czech beer, you can retreat with friends or alone to escape everyday life. Slowing down than you can't experience it.
