Quiet but centrally located, you can reach numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries and cafes in less than 2 minutes on foot. The Bavarian train station is also just an 8-minute walk away. The University Hospital Leipzig is also nearby. You can check in flexibly after 4 pm independently via a key safe.

Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
