On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Stay in a scenic valley surrounded by oat fields and horse pastures. Still, it's only about 20 minutes to the airport! The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
