Welcome to the “Green House of Memories”! This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

In the ancient village of Vallerano, a large and bright apartment consisting of two large rooms, an entrance with a small closet and bathroom, which an architect-photographer designed for herself, furnished with attention to detail and organization of spaces. A cozy and well-kept environment where you can relax, engage in your activities and set off for excursions in Tuscia, consulting the guides and information on the main places of interest available in the apartment.

Torretta, surrounded by nature and history

An evocative residence created from the remnants of a beautifully restored Roman/Medieval tower, with ceilings in centuries-old oak planks, thick stone walls and handmade terracotta tile floors. The rustic antique furnishings complement a massive oak and travertine fireplace. Lu's House

Make a splash through the past in this unique space steeped in history. La Casa di Lu’is located in Tivoli, Piazza D. Tani, in the medieval old town. It is a very old square whose memories can be dated to Roman times. The house, located inside Palazzo Coccanari, a historic building from the middle of the sixteenth century, has been recently renovated, maintaining, however, the historical signs, to make our guests taste an atmosphere of the past.

The house has a separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with double views of the hills. Easily accessible from Rome, 55 km away. Cozy nest in the heart of a medieval village

A pretty wooden staircase leads to a small loft with a mattress that can accommodate a third guest.
